Kate Ferdinand has revealed her emotions are “all over the place” after giving birth to her newborn son Cree last month.
Former The Only Way Is Essex star Kate, 29, candidly opened up to fans about her feelings and how she’s adjusting to motherhood after introducing her adorable son to the world on Christmas Eve.
Kate invited 1.4million fans to ask her questions in an Instagram Q&A session on her story.
Rio Ferdinand’s wife shared a photo of white roses on her Instagram story and wrote on top: “Happy Sunday” followed by a white heart emoji.

She added: “We have a very sleepy house this morning, while it’s still quiet … Ask me a question” before adding a box for fans to add their queries in.
In her next post, Kate shared the same snap of the bunch of white roses and revealed one fan asked: “How are you feeling” followed by a red heart emoji.
Kate, who recently thanked fans for their support after sharing her bruised post-baby body, then opened up to her followers.
She wrote: “I am slowly feeling better each day, it’s a gradual recovery and I’m taking it really easy but it’s good to be seeing little improvements daily” followed by a star emoji.
New mum Kate, who is also step mum to Rio’s three children Lorenz, Tate and Tia from his marriage to Rebecca Ellison, added: “I’ve always been super emotional, whatever I’m feeling everyone always knows, I like to wear my heart on my sleeve,” followed by a white heart emoji.
Kate confessed: “Since giving birth my emotions are still all over the place, I cry often … I feel so happy with our beautiful new addition but often having moments of feeling overwhelmed
“I don’t know weather I’m coming or going most days” [sic] followed by a laughing face emoji.
Blonde beauty Kate was also asked by a fan how her dog Ronnie adjusting to having a newborn around.
As she shared a photo of her pup laying on a blanket in front of newborn Cree’s feet, she explained: “He’s really not happy this is the first time he sat with me 2 weeks after coming home from hospital …
“He ignored me and still does most of the time I have Cree” followed by a shocked face emoji.
Kate continued: “He literally turns his head and walks away from me
“He has also wee’d in the house twice, which is so unlike him … apparently it’s in protest to the change … I’m trying to give him attention but he’s really not happy with me look
“New baby, locked … and a stroppy dog” followed by a shrugging emoji.
