People who get their eyelash extensions done often will know that you can’t get them wet for the first 24 hours.
You should also avoid steam and excess heat for about 48 hours after getting them done.
Take care during this time and avoid wearing eye makeup if you can.
The first time you clean your lashes will be about two to three days after getting them done.
From then on, clean them two or three times a week, or once a day if you have oily skin or wear eye makeup.

Use a soft damp flannel to pat your closed eyelids gently and rinse away the cleanser.
You can splash water from the sink onto your eyes and lashes if that is easier.
Dry your eyes with a clean towel without pulling them away from the skin.
Don’t use tissue paper to do this, as tiny pieces may break off and get stuck to your lashes.
Your lashes will look a bit droopy and stuck together, but as long as you have got rid of all the cleanser this will change when they dry.
Take a lash wand and brush through your eyelashes to separate them as they dry.
Fan the lashes back up and out to create the effect you want – this will maintain that perfect flick.
