How much water should you drink?

Additionally, water helps keep your guts healthy and promote proper digestion. It helps regulate bowel movements and flush toxins through feces and urine. By cleansing and eliminating toxins from your body, you get glowing skin from the inside out.
For longer, healthier hair
Hair needs water to grow longer. When you are dehydrated, hair growth is halted. Water helps promote healthy nerve endings and hair roots and prevent hair fall, hence, healthier and longer hair.
To keep your hair healthy and shiny, experts advise washing your hair no more than once a day and use just enough hair products on your hair. Also, avoid washing hair with very cold or very hot water.
For stronger nails
Our nails get exposed to harsh materials a lot, which over time, can make it dry and prone to chipping. If your nails frequently break and peel, it could be a sign of dehydration. Drinking enough water helps your nails retain moisture and make it stronger.
To help keep your nails healthy, make sure that your nail polishes and other treatments do not contain harsh chemicals. Some nail polish removers contain acetone, which can damage your nails, so look for acetone-free kind. Also, once in a while, allow your nails to breathe. A week free of nail polish should allow the nail to rejuvenate.
For beautiful eyes
Water can help keep your eyes well-hydrated and sparkling. When your eyes are well hydrated, you can prevent redness, dry eyes, eye strain, and other problems. Proper hydration also helps minimize sunken eyes, which makes the eye look old and tired.
What contributes to eye dehydration? Experts say that caffeine, a diet high in salt, alcohol, prescription medicines, stress, staring at screens for too long, and of course, not drinking enough water.
For losing weight

Our stomach is programmed to alert the brain to stop eating once it senses that it is already full. When you drink water, it takes up space in the stomach, thus makes you feel full. Experts say that drinking a glass of water before grabbing something to eat can help you avoid eating too much.
