Scarlett Moffatt has won praise for sharing a body positive post as she shows off her figure.

The reality star is seen kicking back on a boat in the video, taken by the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! winner on a previous holiday.
She wrote alongside the clip to her two million followers: “BE KIND not just to others but to yourself! This is my body my boobs my belly my legs.
“If you are like me & have ever criticised your body or missed out like not gone on a night out or to a beach or pool or cancelled an event because you felt like you looked too fat or too thin or too saggy or not perfect then STOP!”
She continued to urge her fans: “Lets be our own best friends and not stop living our best life just because we aren’t a ‘perfect aesthetic’ life is far too short and life would be super boring if we were all the same! [sic]“
Scarlett ended her powerful post with the sentiment: “Remember every body is a beach body,” alongside a red love heart emoji.
Fans flooded Scarlett’s post with compliments, as one wrote: “Love you Scarlett! So happy to see YOU HAPPY in your own skin again. It radiates, I promise you.”
A second added: “Looking fit Scarlett! Don’t be told your not! From your personality to your looks! Absolutely gorgeous [sic].”
A third wrote: “Aww Scarlett you are fabulous! Wish I could have some of your body confidence you are looking fabulous!”
While a fourth chimed: “Very wise words, Scarlett. Let’s hope positive messages like yours make it into the minds of the people who criticise without thought for others or what is completely normal.
“We are all unique and that’s what makes us, us. Change is coming & your a part of it [sic].”
A final fan commented: “After how you were about your body on ‘the tribe next door’ this post is fabulous to see.”
