Peter Andre has opened up on taking his eldest children Junior and Princess to France for one day.
The 47 year old dad-of-four whisked Junior, 15, and Princess, 13, away from some quality time after the pair returned home from their Turkish holiday with mum Katie Price.
Peter, who recently said obesity is a massive problem for the NHS, opened up about the break in his exclusive new magazine column.
He said: “As I write my column, I’m preparing to go on a mini work break to France for a couple of days – ooh la la! I’m working with P&O Ferries to show how the rules have changed, with more safety measures in place and how you can travel more safely by ferry.

“I’m taking Bista and Junior with me on a bit of a drive and an adventure, which should be fun.”
Peter, who also has Amelia, six, and Theo, three, with wife Emily, shared his enthusiasm at spending some quality time with his eldest children, shortly after they returned from a holiday to Turkey with mum Katie, who broke her feet during the trip.
He gushed: “I’m really excited to get abroad and can’t wait to sample a bit of French cuisine.
“I’m obviously going to be working, but there’ll be plenty of opportunity for some downtime with the kids.”
Peter also documented the fun family trip on his Instagram page, as he posted a photo of Junior looking into a telescope on board the ferry while his litter sister, Princess, is stood in front of it.
Meanwhile, Peter is standing next to Junior and pointing out to the distance. All three are wearing face coverings, in line with government guidelines.
Peter couldn’t resist sharing how much he enjoyed the ferry trip from Dover to Calais in the caption.
He wrote to his 1.5million followers: “You know I’m loving the local holidays! Last week I hopped on a P&O Ferry to France for a little adventure with the kids.
“I couldn’t believe how quick and easy it is to get to the continent and experience stunning views like this!
“We felt really safe on board as @poferries have introduced guidelines and features like wearing masks in enclosed spaces, hand sanitiser available everywhere on board, and no crowds so we can keep a safe distance.

On his Instagram story, Peter shared videos and snaps from his trip with his beloved eldest kids.
One clip shows himself, Junior and Princess sat inside his car while he tells the camera: “We’re going to France!”
While Junior agrees with: “Damn right!”
Another clips shows the trio sat on the ferry while Peter says to the camera: “So, we’re in the fantastic club lounge here on P&O.
“The view outside is absolutely amazing. You can go out there and sit on the deck, it is beautiful.”
The following clip then gives a glimpse of the view from the boat, showing blue skies and crystal blue water and other ships around in the distance.
