The “world’s hottest gran” works hard to maintain her youthful looks.
As well as following a healthy lifestyle, Gina Stewart isn’t shy about trying unusual beauty treatments.
Recently, she’s braved cryotherapy to “rejuvenate” her body.
The sessions, which are cold therapy, involve exposing yourself to freezing temperatures for short burst of time.
Those who believe in the treatment say it can help to support weight loss and encourage healing.
And in an exclusive interview with Daily Star Online, the 49-year-old revealed it’s worked wonders for her.
The Australian gran told us: “Something I’m doing and have done for a while now to keep myself looking youthful is cryotherapy.
“It’s three minutes a session and I literally freeze myself to -110C for three minutes a session.
“It’s literally colder than the North Pole.
“It’s amazing for skin collagen and health, the effects are like rejuvenation for the whole body and each session burns up to 800 calories.”
While Gina is keen on cryotherapy, she’s a bit more apprehensive about Botox.
Previously, Gina revealed she’s “terrified of needles”.
So instead of getting Botox injected, she tries to stick to a strict skincare regime instead.
The influencer revealed: “I believe Roseship oil I use daily is anti ageing so that’s Botox in a bottle for me. My secret weapon!”
The affordable product is believed to be good for moisturising, brightening and repairing the skin.
Many also use it to firm the skin and prevent the signs of ageing.
As well as following a strict skincare regime, Gina eats a protein-filled diet.
Chicken, broccoli and sweet potatoes are some of her favourite foods.
The Instagram star added that swerving booze and coffee was an “essential” part of looking after herself.
While she sticks to a pretty strict regime, she doesn’t rule out treats completely.
She admitted: “I do love chocolate so I don’t deny this but only in moderation.”
