You can’t accuse Martha Stewart of the artful humble brag when she’s made a career out of showing off her talents, but the MVP of good, stylish living played coy yesterday when she detailed the benefits of her mostly chlorine-free pool while delivering one of the hottest selfies on the web—for any age group.
The 78-year-old posed from her East Hampton pool in 89-degree weather with a sultry lip and come-hither eyes for a selfie that has caused quite a stir online. In the caption, Martha tells followers about her “natural, concrete finish, no-paint pool” and called it a “nice place to swim.” However, followers were quick to point out that Martha wasn’t swimming and she looked smoking hot!
Fans quickly responded to the now viral post with comments like “Oh Martha!,” and lots of fire emojis to indicate their approval of this new sensual side of Stewart we haven’t seen before. Comedian Heather McMahan wrote, “Wow Martha!!! Yes queen!!! Omg!!! You are giving me life!!!! I’m on my way over!!” Lea Thompson of the Real Housewives of New York encouraged the homemaking mogul with an, “OMG Martha with thirst trap, I love it.”
Stewart has been spending her quarantine in East Hampton doing what Martha does best—gardening, cooking, baking, riding her bike around the farm…and now we can add glamour modeling to her many list of talents. We’re totally here for it and we want more. As Stewart always says, “It’s a good thing!”
